This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and mobile application (the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you delete your account, we remove your events, uploads, and profile data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication, access controls, and regular security reviews.
